- In the 1910 census it states that Emily had 7 children with 7 still living and had been married 35 years. Need to identify missing child.Within a few years after the death of her father, Emily's mother, Margaret, remarried to Hannon Gimlin, a widower born in Kentucky who was ten years her senior. Emily's husband, James, was the nephew of this step-father, the son of Hannon's brother, Austin Gimlin.
Emily and James Gimlin had seven children. She died after the 1910 census, but before 1 Jan 1920 census when James was listed as a widower.
